City Property Association (CPA) is the voice of property in the City of London. We champion the City’s built environment as a major driver of the capital’s prosperity and the UK economy.

We partner with the City of London Corporation to commission research, share market intelligence and represent our members’ interests in a collective voice. The Association makes representations to policymakers at the local and national level to support the City of London and ensure its ongoing success as the pre-eminent global business destination.

Supported by Gardiner & Theobald, the CPA NextGen Committee runs an exciting programme of events and initiatives that promote diveristy and inclusion within the industry and give younger professionals opportunities to meet and develop new skills.
