The CPA NextGen initiative supports and champions the next generation of industry leaders in the City's property industry.

We organise bespoke events and activities specifically targeted at younger members of staff from CPA member companies (those with less than 10 years working in City real estate).

The programme is driven by a steering group comprising talented young staff from the CPA membership. They come from a range of companies, including agents, architects, developers and investors. Read about CPA NextGen’s 2021 priorities here.

CPA NextGen is supported by Gardiner & Theobald. Read more about our partnership.

Diversifying Real Estate

Read our latest publication exploring ways to make Central London’s real estate sector more accessible and inclusive for people who identify as LGBTQ+.

Part of a series of six booklets themed around diversifying London's real estate sector, this guide has been commissioned by CPA and WPA NextGen, produced by London Property Alliance, and supported by NextGen champion, Gardiner & Theobald.
