The CPA NextGen initiative supports and champions the next generation of industry leaders in the City's property industry.

We organise bespoke events and activities specifically targeted at younger members of staff from CPA member companies (those with less than 10 years working in City real estate).

The programme is driven by a steering group comprising talented young staff from the CPA membership. They come from a range of companies, including agents, architects, developers and investors. Read about CPA NextGen’s 2021 priorities here.

CPA NextGen is supported by Gardiner & Theobald. Read more about our partnership.

London NextGen Perspective

Read our London NextGen perspective report, which provides insights into the kind of places where young people want to work, live and play to help shape and inform placemaking and investment decisions in central London.

This research has been commissioned by CPA and WPA NextGen, produced by Future Places Studio, and supported by NextGen champion, Gardiner & Theobald.
