Our CPA AGM Evening Reception took place at the spectacular 100 New Bridge Street, developed by Helical and Orion Capital Managers, which has been acquired by State Street for its new London headquarters.
Over 230 members, stakeholders and guests gathered to hear from the newly elected CPA Chair Nikki Dibley (Senior Development Executive, Helical), who set out the CPA’s priorities during her two-year tenure as Chair. Keynote speaker Tom Sleigh reflected on his first year as Chairman of the Planning & Transportation Committee at the City of London Corporation, a record year for planning applications. Looking ahead, Tom set out his ambition to see consents translated into construction activity, underpinned by a plan-led planning system and continued partnership with the industry.
