This seminar brought together over 150 members to explore how the City Plan 2040 and a suite of new planning documents will shape future development across the Square Mile.
The event opened with a keynote address from Shravan Joshi MBE (Planning & Transportation Deputy Chairman, City of London Corporation) outlining how the City Plan 2040 can be turned from vision to delivery through development, sustained growth and continued partnerships between the City Corporation, the CPA and the wider real estate sector.
Following a planning policy update from Rob McNicol (Assistant Director – Planning Policy & Strategy, City of London Corporation), a panel of policymakers and industry experts discussed the City’s rapidly diversifying workforce and the ways AI is reshaping occupier needs.
