Connected Growth: The City, Fringe & Canary Wharf

01 July 2026 to 01 Jul 2026
8:00 am to 10:00 am

This breakfast seminar will dive into how the City Fringe and Canary Wharf are helping to support the City’s ongoing economic success as part of London’s interconnected network of business districts. It will explore the forces shaping their evolution, the investment dynamics at play and what’s driving occupiers to choose these locations over traditional core markets, as well as the role these districts are playing in London’s broader economic growth story.

The event will take place at Dials, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Greycoat Real Estate’s 140,000 sq ft best-in-class redevelopment of a 1980s office on the border of Islington and the City. With seven London Underground lines, three mainline stations and a strong cultural and leisure offer on the doorstep, it provides a fitting backdrop for a discussion on the future of London’s most dynamic office submarkets.

Date: Wednesday 1 July
Time: 8:00am – 10:00am
Location: Dials, 20 Finsbury Street, EC2Y 9AQ
