Taking place at 101 Moorgate, in the heart of the Square Mile, this summer reception will bring together CPA members and stakeholders to mark the launch of our forthcoming research Delivering Destination City: The Growth Strategy for the Square Mile.
At the reception, guests will hear how planning, development and culture can help to drive forward the City Corporation’s Destination City growth strategy.
Hosted by Aviva Investors and Allianz Real Estate, this over-station development provides a dedicated public walkway to improve connectivity – a ‘cut through route’ – linking the transformed Finsbury Circus Gardens to Moorgate’s Elizabeth line station. The building delivers 70,000 sq ft of Grade A office space and amenities, including roof terraces and outdoor areas at the lower levels.
Refreshments and canapes will be available throughout the reception and speakers will be announced shortly.
