Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government Rt Hon Robert Jenrick MP outlined a series of proposals to reform the planning system in a long anticipated Government planning White Paper, published on 12 March. Among the new measures are greater flexibility for increasing Over Station Development (OSD) and a new planning fees structure. It also sets out proposals for automatic rebates for successful planning appeals.
