Is the City running out of office space?

24 February 2026 to 24 Feb 2026
8:00 am to 10:00 am

We are now operating a waiting list for this event.

This seminar will explore the findings of CPA’s latest report, Space for Change: City of London Deep Dive – which reveals that the Square Mile has over 54 million sq ft of secondary office space, accounting for over 56% of all office space in the Square Mile.

The event will host industry leaders and expert voices who will explore how the public and private sector can work together to upgrade these buildings at scale, unlocking the latent value of secondary stock and consider how and where change of use can best contribute to the Square Mile’s long-term success and appeal.

Date: Tuesday 24 February
Time: 8:00am – 10:00am
Venue:  Livery Hall, 71 Basinghall Street, EC2V 5AR
