We are delighted to announce that the CPA Annual Lunch 2026 will take place on Thursday 14 May at the historic Guildhall.
A highlight of the CPA calendar, the Lunch brings together over 600 of the City of London’s leading real estate professionals and policymakers. It is a fantastic opportunity to connect with peers, celebrate the City and reflect on the challenges and opportunities shaping London’s built environment.
This year’s keynote speaker will be renowned broadcaster and journalist Beth Rigby, one of the UK’s most influential political interviewers. Beth will share insights into how the current political landscape is shaping business, investment and the built environment, alongside reflections from interviewing the UK’s leading political figures.

Prices include a champagne reception and half a bottle of wine per guest, with low‑ and non‑alcoholic alternatives available on request. A selection of soft drinks will be served throughout, with additional drinks available to purchase on the day.
