We are delighted to announce that the CPA Annual Lunch 2026 will be taking place on Thursday 14 May at the historic Guildhall.
The Lunch is a highlight of the CPA calendar and brings together over 600 of the City of London’s leading real estate professionals and policy makers. It’s a fantastic occasion to connect with peers, celebrate the City and reflect on the challenges and opportunities facing London’s built environment.
The keynote speaker will be announced in due course, but recent speakers have included Janan Ganesh (2025), Amol Rajan (2024) and Tim Harford OBE (2023). You can explore highlights and photos from last year’s event here.
Tables of 12 and individual tickets are available. Demand is always high, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
Your ticket includes a champagne reception and half a bottle of wine per guest, with non-alcoholic and low-alcohol alternatives available on request. A selection of soft drinks will also be served throughout, with additional drinks available to purchase on the day.
