On 26 March 2019 we held our 115th Annual Lunch in London’s historic Guildhall. Many thanks to the 600 members and guests who joined us and to JLL for kindly sponsoring the event.
As well as a large proportion of the City’s property industry voices, attendees of the lunch included several senior local policy makers and politicians, including Carolyn Dwyer, Director of Department of the Built Environment (City of London Corporation), Tom Sleigh, Chairman of Property Investment Board (City of London Corporation) and Jules Pipe, Deputy Mayor of London for Planning Regeneration and Skills (City of London Corporation).
Our guest speaker at the 2019 Annual Lunch was Ed Balls, a senior political figure who served as Economic Secretary to the Treasury and Shadow Chancellor.
Prior to the lunch proceedings, CPA’s NextGen Steering Group delivered a presentation outlining their visions and values to the CPA Board. The presentation revealed NextGen’s commitment to promoting and encouraging multi-disciplinary collaborations to guide the future of the City and outlined their ambition for the future of CPA NextGen. The 2019 CPA NextGen presentation can be viewed here.
