We were pleased to welcome CPA members and stakeholders on 22 March to our AGM Drinks Reception kindly hosted by British Land at 100 Liverpool Street. Newly elected CPA Chair Gareth Roberts (British Land), outlined the association’s priorities for the year ahead to continue supporting the City’s economic and cultural recovery and to champion London as a thriving city in a globally successful UK.
2021 was a tumultuous year for all Londoners, but the property industry has continued to prove its resilience in difficult times. CPA would like to thank all members for their valuable advice and support to help strengthen our collective voice for the property industry in the City of London and beyond.
We would also like to thank Dan Scanlon, CPA’s outgoing Chair for his service over the past two years during the pandemic and for driving new ideas and helping to build and maintain a world-class net zero carbon built environment for the City.
As part of the AGM, we have also published online our Annual Report 2021 and Priorities for 2022.
