Our CPA AGM Evening Reception took place on the 11th floor of Nuveen & M&G’s spectacular 40 Leadenhall in the heart of the City of London’s Eastern Cluster.
150 members and stakeholders gathered to hear from Shravan Joshi MBE, who reflected on his time as Chairman of the City of London Corporation’s Planning & Transportation Committee as he comes to the end of his tenure. Shravan shared his key insights into how the City Corporation has steered the Square Mile through post-pandemic uncertainty towards its current resurgence.
Newly elected CPA Vice Chair Nikki Dibley (Senior Development Executive, Helical) joined CPA Chair Ross Sayers (Head of Development Management, Landsec) to set out the Association’s priorities for 2025/26 whilst looking back on the past year, highlighting the progress made with stakeholders on addressing development viability.
