At this breakfast seminar we will explore the future of the Square Mile as the City Corporation prepares to adopt its ambitious new City Plan, a revised framework for development which will shape the City’s built environment over the coming decades and aim to deliver 1.2 million sqm of additional office space.
Guests will hear from City Corporation leaders on how their bold vision, underpinned by clear new emerging policy will guide future development. In a keynote address, Tom Sleigh (Planning & Transportation Chairman, City of London Corporation) will set out his ambitions for the Square Mile, followed by a planning policy update from Rob McNicol (Assistant Director – Planning Policy & Strategy, City of London Corporation).
A panel discussion will explore how the City Corporation and industry can work together to address key development challenges and support the City’s long-term growth. Shravan Joshi MBE (Planning & Transportation Deputy Chairman, City of London Corporation) will provide closing comments. This event is being kindly hosted by Hill Dickinson at their London HQ.
