The CPA AGM Evening Reception will take place at the newly completed 100 New Bridge Street, developed by Helical plc and Orion Capital Managers and acquired by State Street for its new London HQ – the second oldest continuously operating U.S. bank, managing over $40 trillion in assets.
This year’s reception will mark the appointment of Nikki Dibley, Senior Development Executive at Helical, as Chair of the Association. During her keynote, she will outline the CPA’s priorities for her two-year tenure as Chair, becoming only the third woman to hold this position in the Association’s 122 year history.
Located on the doorstep of City Thameslink and Blackfriars stations, 100 New Bridge Street is a carbon friendly comprehensive redevelopment which will provide approximately 195,000 sq ft of Grade A, sustainable office space. The building includes a 7,000 sq ft terrace with uninterrupted views of St Paul’s Cathedral and has championed circularity throughout its construction, with 95% of interior and exterior materials re-used, recovered or recycled.
